We support only the latest two major versions of each operating system and browser to maintain security, performance, and compatibility. Older versions are not supported and may not work.


Check for updates regularly — your device and browser must be current.


Audio is essential. MathVoice uses microphone and camera input.

Microphone and Camera are required.



Network & Connectivity

  • Internet: Stable connection

    • Minimum: 2 Mbps down / 1 Mbps up

    • Recommended: 5 Mbps+

  • Latency: <150 ms

  • Ports: Allow 443 (HTTPS)

  • Bandwidth: ~50 MB per hour of active use


No offline mode — internet required



Software & Permissions

  • Cookies: Allow third-party (for Clever/ClassLink login)

  • Microphone: Grant access when prompted

  • Camera: Grant access when prompted

  • Integrations:

    • Clever / ClassLink (latest versions)

    • Google Workspace / Microsoft 365


Mobile Apps (if available): Require same OS support + microphone and camera permissions.
